About This Project
-Villa Atlas: Total space 183 sq.m. with a (19 + 7)m X 4,5m swimming pool with optical fiber lighting, outdoor barbecue & stone wall shower. The main space has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 atriums, one service room with a bathroom/kitchenette and separate space for laundry. 40 sqm
The height difference between Villa Atlas and Villa Pleione is 13 meters.
-Villa Pleione is 173 sq.m. with a (22 + 8)m X 4,5m swimming pool with optical fiber lighting, an in-pool sunbed, jacuzzi, an outdoor barbecue & outdoor shower built into the stone wall. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 atriums 28 sqm, one service room with a bathroom/kitchenette and space for laundry ( 25 sqm ) and 45 sqm storage room.
Villa Calypso is a 53 sq.m. private guest house of Villa Pleione. It consists of one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a 27sqm swimming pool with reverse swimming system and a waterfall.
The houses are subterranean but their walls do not touch the ground because of tunnels and corridors that were built around them. This way the subterranean houses are fully protected by the water.
The bathrooms are from marble Carrara, Vratsa and Mugla
The windows are A+++ energy filtered
Aluminum profiles are high end Alumil supreme S650 phos and S630.
All facades are thermal
All the tiles used are granite tiles R9 for indoors and R11 for outdoors
Stand alone A/C system in each space
Waterproof materials are TPO membranes for the roof (used in all LEED constructions).
Hager switches and sockets.
