Vassilis Siafaricas, the Founder, has extensive experience of over twenty years in the development of luxury real estate projects in Greece, especially in the most exclusive suburbs of Athens (such as Ekali, Politia, Kastri, and Kifisia). He owns many real estate companies that design and develop projects in Greece’s most exclusive and upscale areas. As ECLÉDE’s Founder and CEO, he focuses on environmental-friendly design, construction, land development, zero-energy-consumption buildings, building and object design, civil engineering, senior project management, and real estate consultancy. He is also the co-founder of several start-ups, a mobile gaming company, winner of the Communicator & Webby Award with over 10M downloads, and the οwner of a 360 Marketing Company.
