About the Founder – Vassilis Siafaricas

At the helm of ECLÉDE is Vassilis Siafaricas, a visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in luxury real estate development, particularly in Athens’ most exclusive neighborhoods — Ekali, Politia, Kastri, and Kifisia. His passion for sustainable innovation is the driving force behind ECLÉDE’s success.

In addition to leading ECLÉDE as Founder and CEO, Vassilis is:

  • A civil engineer, designer, senior project manager, and real estate consultant
  • A designer of zero-energy-consumption buildings and custom-built objects
